Through Porter’s leadership as a nurse manager, her unit was awarded the Team Daisy Award in 2021 for teamwork. Porter is genuinely beloved by her colleagues and patients and is a proven leader who knows the importance of teamwork. I noticed an uptick with it because we are working closely with Raminita and our director, Dena.
