For me, what makes medicine a wonderful job is that our priority is to work collaboratively for someone else's benefit. In a collaborative environment, when some doctors are affected by greed, sloth, ignorance, or fear, and others by different types of bias and situativity , there will be disagreements regarding clinical management.
