PT’s own appointments with me are mostly consumed by discussion about LT.  There have been previous admissions after which the patient did not make it to follow-up appointments. LT is an 87-year-old-man with presumed Alzheimer’s dementia. He is otherwise well, with only hypertension, well-controlled on one medication.
