As a result, the initiative’s name was changed to the Cultural Diversity and Workplace Advocacy Collaborative, and in 2018 Wright became the Executive Sponsor of the Collaborative. I progressed to a clinical manager, assistant director, director, and senior director through the years. We worked together. That’s the key.
